Leitrim County Council have been working in partnership with ATU on a research project to develop models to address rural transport issues.

A survey to collect participant’s habits was distributed in late 2023. This research will provide solutions to the first and last mile in one’s journey, to help people to connect to existing scheduled public transport in a rural county-solutions (will include e-mobility, mobility hubs, shared transport).
